“At the deepest level, the creative process and the healing process arise from a single source. When you are an artist, you are a healer; A wordless trust of the same mystery is the foundation of your work and its integrity.” – Dr. Rachel Naomi Remen

English-Spanish bilingual healing circles utilize art therapy exercises for healing work in room S-300 of the Sanctuary Building.  Different topics such as grief, loss, emotions, stress, etc. are explored in these circles.  No previous art experience needed. Materials are provided.

Sessions are open to anyone and are co-facilitated by Fe y Esperanza minister Rev. Nataly Negrete and Helen Spaw who holds degrees in
psychology and art therapy/creativity.
