Healing Circles for Grief and Loss

“Every great loss demands that we choose life again. We need to grieve in order to do this. The pain we have not grieved over will always stand between us and life. When we don’t grieve, a part of us becomes caught in the past.”
– Rachel Naomi Remen
The November Healing Circles for Grief and Loss will be on Sunday, November 20th, after the 11:05 service at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. We will meet in Feller’s Room (S-312) at 12:15 p.m. and lunch will be provided. We will again break into 2 circles with facilitators (hosts), and move into separate rooms. The circles will be completed by 2 p.m.
In these circles you are invited to share the story of your strategies and resources. Try to capture it in five sentences, marking important aspects of your experience. Please write it down and bring it to share in circle.
If you’ve missed previous circles, you are welcome to join this meeting – everyone will be invited to share. And if you are unable to attend this meeting and are interested to continue, please let us know.
Upcoming topics will be announced soon.
